Bullpen — internal business application of High Power Products · Effective July 14, 2026

Bullpen is a private, internal business application operated by High Power Products for its own employees. It is not offered to the public and does not sell, share, or monetize data.

What we store. Business records created by our employees in the course of work: customer companies and contacts, quotes, jobs, purchase orders, documents, timesheets, and related accounting records. Access requires an employee account and is restricted by role.

QuickBooks Online. When connected by the owner, Bullpen exchanges data with our own QuickBooks Online company file through Intuit’s official API: it creates invoices we initiate and reads accounting data (such as payment status and financial reports) for internal display. Connection tokens are stored encrypted. The connection can be revoked at any time by the owner from Bullpen or from Intuit’s connected-apps settings. Bullpen never shares QuickBooks data with third parties.

Service providers. Bullpen runs on Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), and uses Anthropic’s API for optional document-reading features and Sentry for error reporting. Each holds data only to provide its service.
